HOW IT WORKS
All registrations are on a first-come-first-served basis (all submissions are date and time stamped).
If the class you are interested in registering for is NOT LISTED on the Schedule or Registration Form, please CONTACT US directly.
COMPETITION TEAM IS BY INVITATION ONLY ~ inquiries to join the EDC Competition Team are asked to please CONTACT US directly.
1. Please select the appropriate registration form below, a separate window will open with the Registration Form.
**Families with BOTH competitive and recreational dancers, please select "REGISTRATION FORM - COMP" - you will be able to register siblings on the same form.
2. Once you submit the form you MUST then submit Registration Fee in order to guarantee a spot in the class(es):

ii) E-Transfer ~ email@example.com *Auto Deposit* Please write "Registration CHILD FIRST & LAST NAME" in the Memo/Message. If your institution requires a password please use "EDC2023".
3. Within 2 weeks you will receive a Registration Confirmation email listing your selected classes, Monthly/Term Payment schedule.
4. Reply to confirmation email with Pre-Authorized Visa or MasterCard information, or schedule appointment to submit post-dated cheques for the season.
**Post-dated cheques, pre-authorized Visa or MasterCard are the only forms of accepted payments for fees.**
SPECIAL TERM PROGRAMS:
Special Term Programs must be paid in full upon registration.
20% Admin fee will apply for refunds issued after the program start date.
PLEASE NOTE: **WAITING LIST ONLY** If the class you selected is full, Elite Dance Corps will contact you once a spot becomes available and/or a new class day & time has been released. There is no guarantee a spot will become available before Registrations officially close on January 1, 2022.
When Registration is submitted you MUST select appropriate Registration Fee below. Registration is not complete and your spot in class will not be held until the Registration Fee is received. **Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.**
